These terms govern the use of Legal AI — an AI-powered legal assistant. Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Definitions
- Service — the Legal AI platform accessible at the provider's web address.
- User — an individual using the service within an Organization.
- Organization — an entity (law firm, company) under which Users access the service.
- Account — an individual User account within an Organization.
3. Scope of Service
Legal AI enables:
- Contract analysis with DOCX comment generation
- Case law and legal act research with citations
- Document generation from templates
- Client workspace management
- Marketing content generation
- AI-assisted legal conversations
4. Liability
Legal AI is a tool to assist legal professionals. AI-generated responses do not constitute legal advice and do not replace professional legal analysis. Users bear full responsibility for verifying information and decisions made based on it.
5. Accounts and Access
Service access requires an account within an Organization. Users must keep login credentials confidential. Organization Administrators manage user access.
6. Payments
The service operates on a subscription model. Specific pricing is determined individually. Organizations must make timely payments according to their selected plan.
7. Termination
Organizations may cancel at any time. After subscription ends, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller
The data controller is the operator of Legal AI. Data processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. Data Collected
- Identification data: name, email address
- Organization data: name, tax ID
- Technical data: IP address, device data, activity logs
- Documents uploaded by users during service use
3. Purpose of Processing
- Service provision (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Legal obligation compliance (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
- Legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
4. Data Security
- AES-256 encryption (in transit and at rest)
- Servers located in the European Union

6. Data and AI Models
