Ponadto, Trybunał orzekł, że Azerbejdżan ma zapłacić ekspertowi, Mr Z. Husseynovowi (ABAK-Az Crowe Ltd), 5 900 EUR za honoraria związane z przygotowaniem jego opinii eksperckiej.

issued by the Registrar of the Court   ECHR 102 (2019)   21.03.2019   Judgments and decisions of 21 March 2019   The European Court of Human Rights has today notified in writing four judgments1 and 21 decisions2:   one Chamber judgment is summarised below; a separate press release has been issued for one   other Chamber judgment in the case of O.S.A. and Others v. Greece (no. 39065/16);   two Committee judgments, concerning issues which have already been submitted to the Court, and   the 21 decisions, can be consulted on Hudoc and do not appear in this press release.   The judgment below is available only in English.   Just Satisfaction   Akhverdiyev v. Azerbaijan (application no. 76254/11)   The case concerned the question of just satisfaction with regard to Mr Akhverdiyev’s forced   relocation and the demolition of his house for a new construction project.   In its principal judgment of 29 January 2015 the Court held that there had been a violation of   Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) to the European Convention on Human Rights.   Just satisfaction: 140,000 euros (EUR) for pecuniary damage, EUR 3,000 for non-pecuniary damage   and EUR 3,000 for costs and expenses to be paid to Mr Akhverdiyev. The Cour also held hat   Azerbaijan was to pay the expert, Mr Z. During the three-month period following a Chamber   judgment’s delivery, any party may request that the case be referred to the Grand Chamber of the Court. If such a request is made, a   panel of five judges considers whether the case deserves further examination. In that event, the Grand Chamber will hear the case and   deliver a final judgment. If the referral request is refused, the Chamber judgment will become final on that day.
