W dniu 1 lutego 2024 r. High Court (Irlandia) skierował do Trybunału Sprawiedliwości wniosek o wydanie orzeczenia w trybie prejudycjalnym, który został zarejestrowany w dniu 6 lutego 2024 r. W dniu 1 sierpnia 2025 r. Trybunał (trzecia izba) wydał wyrok w sprawie C-97/24 (EU:C:2025:594). (C‑97/24, EU:C:2025:594), odniesienie do uwag przedstawionych przez R.J. należy sprostować w następujący sposób: „R.J., reprezentowany przez P. Brazila, Senior Counsel, L. Frawley i G. Tierney, Barristers-at-Law, oraz J. Watters, Solicitor,”. 2. Oryginał niniejszego postanowienia zostanie załączony do oryginału sprostowanego wyroku. Adnotacja o niniejszym postanowieniu zostanie umieszczona na marginesie oryginału sprostowanego wyroku.

ORDER OF THE COURT (Third Chamber) 27 October 2025 ( *1 ) (Rectification of judgment) In Case C‑97/24 REC, REQUEST for a preliminary ruling under Article 267 TFEU from the High Court (Ireland), made by decision of 1 February 2024, received at the Court on 6 February 2024, in the proceedings S.A., R.J. v Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, Ireland, Attorney General, Notice Party: United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, THE COURT (Third Chamber), composed of C. Lycourgos (Rapporteur), President of the Chamber, K. Lenaerts, President of the Court, acting as Judge of the Third Chamber, O. Spineanu-Matei, S. Rodin and N. Fenger, Judges, Advocate General: L. Medina, Registrar: A. Calot Escobar, after hearing the Advocate General, makes the following Order On 1 August 2025, the Court (Third Chamber) delivered the judgment in Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth and Others (C‑97/24, EU:C:2025:594). That judgment contains an error which it is appropriate for the Court to rectify at the request of R.J., pursuant to Article 103(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice. On those grounds, the Court (Third Chamber) hereby orders: 1. In the introductory part of the judgment of 1 August 2025, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth and Others (C‑97/24, EU:C:2025:594), the reference to the observations submitted by R.J. must be rectified as follows: ‘R.J., by P. Brazil, Senior Counsel, L. Frawley and G. Tierney, Barristers-at-Law, and J. Watters, Solicitor,’ 2. The original of the present order shall be annexed to the original of the judgment rectified.
